This metal roll forming machine is a complete production line for manufacturing C-shape purlins and Sigma-shape purlins with web width from 100mm to 350mm. Whole line consists of 3Ton uncoiler, leveller, punching unit, pre-cutting device, roller stations, receiving tables, etc.

Work Process

Uncoiling -- Feeding and Guiding -- levelling -- punching -- cutting -- roll forming -- end product

C purlin and sigma purlin change ove: manually adjust the directions of last groups of rollers
Automatic Width Adjust: roller stands move through the linear guide automatically to adjust the gap between rollers
Cast iron rollers stands: strong and easy for maintenance
Pre-cutting design: cut the material before roll forming, no need to change cutting molds for each purlin profile and dimension
Safety: whole machine is covered with protective mesh cover ensuring the safety of human and machine
