Description
Steel deck is a cold formed corrugated steel sheet widely used for composite floor system. It has the advantages of lightweight, high strength and anti-fire, etc. Believe Industry Company has mature technology in steek floor deck machine designing and building.
Floor deck cold roll former mainly consists of uncoiler, roll forming stations, cutting device, run out support frame, electrical control system and hydraulic station. Steel coils go under decoiling/unwinding, feeding and deviation adjustment, roll forming, cutting to required length and then output the steel decking sheets as required.
Due to different deck profiles, material feeding width and forming steps/roller stations are different. We have our own engineers and technicians analysing clients' requirement first and then offer an optimized machine solution accordingly.
