Description
Whole line controlled PLC control system is of high degree of automation. Users only need to input related production data such as quantity and cutting length, the machine will start to work and stop working when finish.
Material to be rolled formed are 0.8mm to 1.5mm thick galvanized steel coils. According to the demand of high output, we equipped automatic decoiler, gear box drive system, servo flying cutoff for this forming line. Whole machine speed can reach up to 30-40m/min.

Can load max 3000kg steel coils; hydraulic mandrel expansion and electric unwinding.
H beam steel welded machine base then processed by CNC gantry milling machine, roller stands after milling are screwed on the machine base.
Servo flying cutting means servo motor tracking and hydraulic cutoff. Non stop cutoff ensure the high machine speed.
Roller-path chain drive stacker. For support the final products in avoid of falling down.
