This PU foaming roller shutter roll forming machine integrates cold roll forming technology and PU foaming technology into one production line. Thus continuous automation production of PU roller shutter door slats is achieved. Main material can be roll formed are aluminum coils and galvanised steel coils with 0.26mm to 0.48mm thickness.
