Description
This roll forming machine is for producing metal shelf panels with 0.6-0.8mm thick galvanized steel coils and color steel coils. Manufacturers used to produce shelf panels by shearing machine, punching press and bending machine. This production method has the disadvantages of large labor cost and low productivity.
Metal shelf panel roll forming machine is a good choice which combine roll forming with punching, cutting and bending in one line. Whole line controlled by PLC control system is fully automatic from decoiling to outputting final product. Users only need to set related production data on touch screen, the machine will run automatically and stop working after finishing. Thus, as usual one worker can well operate the whole production line.
