This machine is designed and manufactured for producing steel/metal vineyard posts, an alternative of traditional wooden or concrete/cement vineyard post or trellis. Main material can be roll formed by this machine are galvanized steel coils and hot rolled steel coils with 2.0mm to 2.5mm thickness.

Whole Line Components

The vineyard post product line consists of a decoiler, coil straightener, punching unit, feed-in unit, roll-former, hydraulic cutting device and run-out reception table.

Main Components
1. Decoiler: 3 Ton manual decoiler (optionally hydraulic decoiler)
2. Coil Straightener: ensure the great flatness of the sheet
3. Punching Unit With Servo Feeder: punching slots before roll forming, servo feeder ensures the high precision
4. Roll-former: transimission by gear box is more stable than chain, roll forming speed can reach up to 15m/min
5. Flying Cutoff: ensure the continuous production of the whole line without stop to cut, one way to increase the production effeciency

Machine Feature
1. Steel tube welded frame as main machine base; steel plated welded on the machine base to form an integrated machine structure
2. Motor placed inside of the machine base to save floor area
3. Straightener and punching unit are designed as two individual parts to ensure line speed
