U Track Roll Forming Machine

Decoiler

Depend on the weight and width of raw material, we offer 2Ton, 3Ton, 5Ton, or 8Ton single arm decoilers. This U track rollforming line is equipped with a 3Ton manual decoiler. Decoiler mandrel expansion and loosening is adjusted manually.

Rolling Mill

Rolling mill is consisted by machine base, roller stands, shafts, rollers, drive system. Cast iron roller stands bolted on the machine base forms main rolling machine structure. All shafts material is 40Cr for great strength. Rollers are quenched and chromed. Machine runs stable with gear box transmission.

Straightening Unit

Turkey straightener is equipped after roll forming before cutting. Final product will be perfectly staight.

Cutting System

Flying cutting system ensures the continuous running of whole line. No need to stop to cut, line speed is approx. 20m/min. Final product can be cut at any length required.
