BELIEVE INDUSTRY COMPANY has rich experience in designing and making warehouse & supermarket storage racking series products. This rack machine can produce rack upright post with 75-125mm width and 75-100mm height. Material applicable are cold rolled steel coils with 2.0mm to 3.0mm thickness.

This roll forming line is consisted of decoiler, levelling unit, punching unit, roll forming machine, servo-flying cutting unit, electrical control system, gear box transmission system, hydraulic system, run out table, etc. With automatic size adjustment system, users only need to key in required data on the control panel, the roller stands will move in and out to adjust the distance between rollers for roll forming each size. With the servo-flying cutting system, whole line speed can be enhanced to 10-15m/min.
