C-section Type Storage Box Beam Roll Forming Machine and Seaming Machine
This box seam production line mainly concludes two parts, C-section beam roll forming machine and box beam seaming machine. The C-section beam roll forming machine is used to producing C sections based on customer's profile drawing and measurements. And the seaming machine is used to make 2 seperated C sections into a box beam.
From the coil to a box beam, it goes through coil unwinding (decoiling/uncoiling), feeding and guiding, levelling, roll forming, cutting and seaming. And this video will clearly show the whole process of C-section beam forming and box beam seaming.
This C-section type box beam is widely used in the warehouse storage racking system. We have another box beam machine for producing self-seamed(self-locked) type box beams. With the advantages of raw material saved and higher productivity, which means lower cost but also good capacity, the self-seamed type box beam roll forming machine also interests a lot of customers.
